1. Return Policy Overview
At Sabzi Shop Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (food items), we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
Products Eligible for Return
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
- Package was tampered with during shipping
Products NOT Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Products not stored properly after delivery
- Products where the customer changed their mind
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service:

Step 2: Provide Information
Please include the following in your return request:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Photos of damaged/defective product (if applicable)
Step 3: Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
- Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Instructions for returning the product
- Prepaid return shipping label (for damaged/defective items)
4. Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund Methods
- JazzCash: Refunded to your JazzCash account within 3-5 business days
- EasyPaisa: Refunded to your EasyPaisa account within 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Issued immediately for future purchases
Refund Amount
- Full refund for damaged/defective products
- Full refund for wrong products delivered
- Product price refund (shipping charges may not be refundable for change of mind)
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged products - exchange for same product
- Wrong products - exchange for correct product
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged
- If accepted, take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
7. Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us to track your order
- If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order
- Refunds for non-delivery are processed within 7 business days
8. Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about product quality:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- Include batch number and expiry date
- We take all quality concerns seriously and will investigate
